Totally good stay on of the nights. Great budget hotel with affable staff and pleasant views of the mountains over the roofs of other buildings. Functional and spotless room with nice size bathroom.

Charming small and pleasant hotel in a nice area really close to the alley behind. Very good service from the accommodating, superfriendly staff members. Enjoyable experience there.

Helpful staff provided great local dining experiences.
It felt uncomfortable sharing this space with other guests and residents. The noise from late-night talkers resonated down the hall, disrupting any peace I was hoping for .

You can easily find from your records that I am a veteran client of Booked.net. You can also check out that I have never complained about your service or the quality of the hotels that you have recommended and that I have booked with your help (except for once, in regard with hotel in Slazburg, Austria, when you justified my critics). My last reservation was for the 22 September 2014 for 5 nights in Hotel Elite, Palermo Italy. You gave this hotel 2 stars and grade it as 8.1 quality. Unfortunately, it came out that this hotel is a big fraud. 1. I have paid for transportation from the airport but no ome was waiting for me. 2. The hotel is on the 5th floor and the old & dirty elevator can contain 2 persons only. 3. The carpet at the corridor was covered with big stains made from unknown human material. 4. The room walls were covered with stains as well, the bed cover and sheets looked like being used by many guests. 5. We took our language, said thank you, left the place and also our 307.50 EUR, pain on arrival (including 45 EUR for a taxi to the airport). Dear Sir, we are not asking refund or anything similar. We have just one wish: try to minimize as possible the 8.1 grade of this hotel in order to protect other people. Thank you, Prof. Eli & Maria Isakov.

Had a fine stay for 2 nights and would like to go back there again. Came in Palermo to relax and have fun, this low-budget hotel was excellent place for doing it.

The breakfast was def worth the extra cost! 🍽️ I enjoyed spacious rooms and a fab location for exploring. On the downside, carrying multiple keys was a bit of a hassle for us.

it's just in the centre of Palermo, really well located
we paid for parking (not cheap) and we had to add extra money to leave the car during the day (it's not a 24h spot and not clear in the booking page)

1) Good location, close to attractions and bus stops in Mondello, airport. The train station is about 20 minutes away on foot. 2. Friendly friendly staff, ready to help and tell about the city. We helped organize a surprise in honor of the birthday of a friend (in the room there were fruits, coffees and a large bottle of Prosecco!), printed boarding passes. 3. At breakfast there were local sweets and pastries, one day there was a tender buratto cheese. 4. Comfortable beds, but narrow. 5. Towels were changed every day, but the gel wasn't added for some reason.
1. The smell of canalization in the bathroom. Water was heated in the boiler, so the second person can not be enough (for those who like to wash long:)). 2. For breakfast there were not enough vegetables, eggs. But there were cannoli and cassata!!!

Noise from neighboring rooms occasionally disturbed the peace I was hoping for .

The hotel's location was handy, adjacent to the centre of the city in a building with several other hotels, the Via Maqueda and the famous Teatro Massimo...
